JOB DESCRIPTION
- To be in charge of the day-to-day operations including overseeing all staff and
their performance and to maintain cleanliness of the premise with a high
standard safety and sanitation standards
- Will be required to work night shift daily as well as on weekends and eve of
public holidays.
- To hire, train and manage operational staff.
- To plan the menu and promotional items
- To work with the marketing team to promote the club and propose monthly
promotions and events.
- To maintain a cordial relationship with the patrons
