Job Description:
- Drive Projects from Start to Finish: Take ownership of projects by managing end-to-end processes—from gathering requirements to successful implementation.
- Develop & Execute Plans: Create project roadmaps and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met with precision.
- Collaboration is Key: Work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure On-Time & Quality Delivery: Keep projects on track while ensuring top-notch quality standards are consistently met.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, assess their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on course.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Be the bridge between our clients and the internal team, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
- System Enhancements: Evaluate and address service requests for system enhancements and maintenance, driving continual improvement.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure clear communication with the entire team.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture within your team by establishing and tracking KPIs and helping team members reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/FinTech industry.
- Hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
