Our client is a Science Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Site Support Specialist (Inventory Management) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of laboratory supplies (consumables, chemicals, reagents) from suppliers to customer stockrooms and points-of-use
- Perform goods receipt in ERP systems upon receiving supplies
- Monitor and adjust stock levels based on usage data, ensuring timely replenishment
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure products are within recommended levels and not expired
- Deliver supplies to customers' work areas reliably
- Provide site support for inventory management services as per customer requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in stockroom and point-of-use areas
Requirements/Qualifications:
- ITE or Diploma in Science or related discipline
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
