Job Description:
- To continuously enhance knowledge of your specialism to enable you to work on business expansion
- To actively generate business leads and pipelines through various approaches
- To regularly visit clients' sites to build rapport and to provide recruitment needs
- To develop good understanding of clients' companies and their industry
- To create and perform job advertising on various channels to provide opportunities to and attract candidates
- To build relationships with candidates and clients to expand your leads and network
- To source, identify and approach suitable candidates using JAC's extensive database, LinkedIn and other sources
- To receive and review applications from candidates, shortlist candidates to share with clients and manage interviews for both ends
- To provide advice to clients and candidates on market insights
- To liaise on interviews, brief and prepare candidates for job interviews with clients, and share feedback with both clients and candidates on interviews
- To offer advices and negotiate conditions to and for clients and candidates
- To provide guidance to junior team members, and to work together with other colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Either solid experience within the recruitment industry or a proven track record of high achievement in another fast-paced business environment, with preferably a B2B sales background
- Success-driven with competitice personality
- With good communication skills, and comfortable in working independently and in teams
- Proactive with positive attitude to work and be target driven and motivated
