- Provide Facilities Management services. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management.
- Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Supervise upgrading projects under your care.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in Estate Management, Building Maintenance or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
