Location: East (Near MRT)
Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
Responsibilities:
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations for customer inquiries.
- Perform in-house repairs and on-site commissioning of gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
- Troubleshoot analyzers and provide customers with the best solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service support.
- Liaise with customers to address service concerns and provide technical solutions.
- Support project teams in performing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
- Identify opportunities for new preventive and maintenance contracts.
- Provide product training to end-users and distributors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification).
- 2-3 years of working experience in analytical instruments or a related field.
- Knowledge of gas analyzers, CEMS, and water quality analyzers is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Preferably possess own transport.
