*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling inquiries.
- Maintain student and staff records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Invoicing & receipts of students' fee
- Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
*Qualifications & Skills*
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administration and human resource management
(experience in an education setting is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
