Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for intermediaries and clients, addressing inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and more.
- Analyze monthly premium income, providing detailed reasons for any increases or decreases, and contribute to department reporting.
- Prepare insurance quotations in line with the company’s underwriting guidelines.
- Support the accounts department in premium collection, including managing fronting policies.
- Coordinate customer benefit services with external vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service to Japanese clients, handling inquiries, requests, complaints, and claims-related matters.
- Plan and execute regular client visits to manage new business, renewals, and claims updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance existing business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the General Insurance industry or in an Insurance Brokerage firm.
- Possess CGI/HI certification or equivalent insurance qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
