Our client is a Non Profit Organization (NGO). They are looking for an Assistant Head of Research Centre to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central, easily accessible.
Responsibilities of Assistant Head of Research Centre:
- Guide junior team members in researching Singapore’s unmet needs and oversee value proposition presentations for donors and stakeholders.
- Summarize and present research insights clearly for non-research audiences.
- Initiate and manage research projects aligned with organization’s philanthropic goals.
- Collaborate with external researchers to address key unmet needs.
- Ensure research findings inform donor engagement and grant-making.
- Stay updated on sector trends and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in research for Social Science related studies
- Min 6 to 8 years of working experience in similar industry is highly prefered
- Strong in research paper writing and presentation skills
