ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage walk-in customers registration and billings.
- Answering in-coming calls
- Explain various health screening profiles to customers.
- Sort and distribute walk-in patients’ medical reports
- Monitor and control visitors entering the laboratory.
- Assist to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of front office.
- Ensure all duties are adhered to SOP and complied to PDPA requirements.
- Responsible to follow through all issues assigned.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Passion to provide customer service with a professional attitude.
- Committed, independent and proactive.
- Professional attitude and pleasant appearance.
- Need to communicate with Chinese & English-speaking customers.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Preferably have some knowledge of health screening procedures.
WORKING HOURS
- Mon to Fri – 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
- Saturday – 8.30 am to 1.00 pm
