Job Description:
- To actively enhance and develop knowledge of your specialism to enable you in generating business
- To build your business leads and pipelines through calls, marketing strategies and networking
- To regularly visit clients to build and develop relationships
- To develop a good understanding of client companies and their industry
- To build relationships with both candidates and employers
- To create and advertise job postings on JAC's websites and other platforms to attact candidates
- To source, identify and connect with candidates through JAC's extensive intrnal database, LinkedIn and other platforms
- To receive and review applications from candidates, shortlist suitable candidates and manage interviews between clients and candidates
- To brief candidates on the roles and to prepare CVs to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
- To discuss on offers with both candidates and clients to finalize the arrangement
- To offer knowledge to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression in your specialism
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Either solid experience within the recruitment industry or a proven track record of high achievement in another fast-paced business environment, with preferably a B2B sales background
- A success driven individual with competitive personality and strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and enjoy working in teams
