Job Overview:

The Inside Consumer Sales role will play a crucial part in guiding individuals and organisations in selecting the best educational opportunities for professional growth. This position demands a deep understanding of educational programs, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to helping clients achieve their learning and development goals.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Responsibilities: Manage direct sales to professionals and corporate clients (B2B/B2C).
  • Pipeline Management: Identify, build, and maintain a sales pipeline and business relationships.
  • Sales Cycle: Handle the entire sales process, from cold calling and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Client Consultations: Understand clients' educational goals, career aspirations, and training needs.
  • Program Recommendations: Assess skills and knowledge to recommend appropriate educational programs or courses.
  • CRM Usage: Use CRM systems to track interactions, leads, and maintain records.
  • Promotion: Actively promote educational programs and services.
  • Enrolment Assistance: Guide clients through the enrolment process, including pricing and payment options.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a consumer-focused role.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent skills for engaging diverse audiences effectively.
  • Client Relationships: Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
