Job Responsibilities:
You will be an integral part of the team in managing and coordinating the development of company’s future workplaces, upgrading of existing workplaces and any other addition &alternation projects. You will be responsible to:
· Manage new build, fit-out projects and upgrade of existing building including the control of delivery of the overall programme of works from inception to completion, meeting the cost, time and quality objectives of the users
· Plan and coordinate the procurement process of consultants and contractors.
· Lead meetings with multi-Disciplinary Team Consultants, Contractors, relevant external agencies, as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
· Work with project stakeholders to determine the needs and constraints in establishing detailed project programmes with clear milestones delivery.
· Manage all assigned projects from conceptual stage to completion.
· Track and monitor project budget and timelines.
· Liaise internally with various teams for inputs and coordination.
· Perform administrative tasks in support of the division, including scheduling of Seminar rooms, Lecture Theatre, projects reporting, etc.
· Conduct project supervision on site as and when required.
· Project administration for assigned projects.
· Any other works as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Project Facilities and Management or any Building related discipline.
· At least 3 years of experience in managing office, addition & alternation or fit-out projects.
· Good verbal, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented, strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
· Meticulous, independent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
· Good understanding of Smart Workplace technologies, facilities management, and sustainability criteria.
