The role of the IT Support Engineer is to provide IT support for EOS Singapore group of companies. This position is responsible for their coordination and completion on-time and within budget and scope for one or more projects as directed.
Primary Duties:
Reporting to the BD Director (Singapore), you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Configure and manage company laptops, workstations and servers of different operating systems such as Windows and Linux. This includes company laptop, workstations and server installation, fixing the issues and server enhancements to improve security, performance and reliability.
- Participate in the design, implement and manage of enterprise system technologies as and when required.
- Manage server environment, including the installation of new severs and associated Group policies.
- Assist and support HQ ICT Manager with IT implementation related projects.
- Assist with network and security appliance configuration, maintenance and monitoring.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of EOS Cyber protection systems and processes.
- Fixing issues with company laptops, workstations and server and also carry out the system patching, back up services etc.
- Other lawful duties specified by the reporting officer, HQ IT Manager and President as and when required.
