Responsibilities
- To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions
- To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects delivered.
- Ability to write, develop and deliver client documentation i.e. demonstration material, service propositions, RFI’s, RFP’s, translation of client requirements.
- Responsible for the HLD and LLD solution design of complex projects and leading the service team to implement and deliver the projects
Requirements
- Familiar with high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) processes, able to design a system architecture that meets customer needs based on business requirements.
- Able to convert complex technical requirements into clear architecture design documents.
- Able to write detailed and easy-to-understand HLD and LLD documents to ensure the operability and maintainability of the technical design.
- Ability to quickly identify and solve technical problems in the project, able to respond to emergencies during the design and implementation process and provide effective solutions. Possess a solid technical background, including in-depth understanding of network architecture, cloud computing services, virtualization technology, big data processing, network security (including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, etc.) to support efficient system design and technical problem solving.
