Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with other Project manager, delivery team and Partners to define, prioritize and plan for the project activities.
- Supporting the Project Manager including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and follow-up team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing the financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing reports and budget outlines. Providing the MoM of the meeting and drafting new plan of actions.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline is often preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in complex projects or industries such as construction, IT, or engineering.
- Experience in participating in project meetings, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with document management systems and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint).
