Responsibilities:
- In charge of Events proposal and Set up
- Prepare project budget, proposal and billing
- Evaluate and select suppliers, do site recee, inspect and approve contractors’ work
- Conceptualise and propose ideas to make meaningful contribution to discussions
- Ability to sketch ideas and knowledge of simple graphic skills will be a bonus
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of project management experience in Events
- Good time management, self-motivated and a team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Background in graphic and/or 3D design will be a bonus
- Candidates with experience in project management for marketing campaign installations, events and exhibitions will be considered more favourably.
- Remuneration will commensurate with candidate's working experience and qualification.
