Job Description:
As a Call Centre Officer in the Aftersales Department, you will be responsible for handling customer phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and managing inbound emails related to vehicle servicing and repair requests. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be assisting service advisors and performing administrative tasks, ensuring excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and schedule service or repair appointments.
- Actively call customers to remind them of their service due dates and propose appointments.
- Assist service advisors with call center-related tasks and customer follow-up calls.
- Manage email inquiries from customers through the myAudiworld platform regarding service appointments.
- Perform follow-up calls related to recall or service campaigns.
- Execute general administrative duties as assigned.
