About Our Client: We are seeking an IT Software Apps Trainer for our client, in the Entertainment industry. This role is crucial for providing exceptional training and support for their internal and external customers.
Role Overview: As an IT Software Apps Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on gaming management systems and operations. Your expertise will help enhance the understanding and effectiveness of these systems among users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions and forums for both internal and external audiences, on-site and off-site.
- Manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring training objectives are met from start to finish.
- Develop and update course materials and supporting documentation to enhance training effectiveness.
- Analyze casino business processes to facilitate the installation of new products and support existing systems.
- Create and present product demos to customers, showcasing the capabilities of client’s products.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of system products and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Personal Competencies and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in resolving issues related to gaming systems and customer operations.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking); knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Asia region as required.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Capable of conveying complex technical information to a diverse audience, from novices to experienced users.
