Salary : Basic $3,000 - $4,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts in the market to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement key account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for product placement and increased brand visibility in the analgesic sector.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with key clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular performance reports and updates on key account activities to sales team.
- Any tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements
- Proven 2-3 years’ experience with track record success in sales/ key account management, preferably in the FMCG / Pharma channel
- Experience with supermarkets, convenience stores, travel retail or pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage.
- Trade Marketing experience, Distributor management experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS office suite.
- Good to have if you possess a valid class 3 driving licence
