The Trainee will have a crucial role in achieving strategic objectives and business development in the area, focusing on net turnover, product cost, gross margin, and commercial expenses, establishing long-term partnerships, working with local customers and distributors, and leading the execution of promotional strategies and sales initiatives.

- Develop and maintain a strong partnership with customers
- Lead the implementation of promotional strategies and sales initiatives to drive sales growth
- Monitor channel dynamics to gain insights into buyer behavior, competitor strategies and effective brand management
- Ensure excellent execution of sales promotion guidelines in stores
- Manage negotiations with customers based on Lactalis' commercial strategy
- Implement and manage the milk and yogurt category strategy for assigned customers
- Support the development and successful implementation of new product launch plans
