- Lead and execute comprehensive audits for both listed companies and SMEs, locally and internationally, from planning through to completion, consistently meeting deadlines while demonstrating reliability and strong organizational skills as a key team member.
- Develop and apply effective problem-solving skills, providing actionable recommendations to management based on thorough industry research, insightful analysis, and investigative findings.
- Show initiative and uphold a strong work ethic, coaching junior staff, sharing knowledge, and understanding how individual contributions impact team performance and outcomes.
- Understand the role of the business unit within the broader firm context, actively building internal networks, and making meaningful contributions during client meetings alongside senior team members.
Requirements:
- Min Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with large/mid-tier international accounting firms
- Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure
- Possess initiative and the ability to work independently
- Team player
