Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute import strategies while coordinating with suppliers and third-party logistics.
- Ensure timely container clearance, unstuffing, and report submissions.
- Monitor and track shipping schedules, updating in Navision with weekly reports.
- Oversee the transfer of raw materials and finished products between warehouses and production plants.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company procedures, and ISO standards.
- Manage warehouse space allocation for cost-saving and efficiency.
- Handle shipping documentation and customs clearance.
- Lead, train, and develop the import shipping team for operational excellence.
Other Information:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
7+ years of managerial experience in manufacturing or related industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Navision.
Location: West of Singapore
