Job Descriptions
Trainee is to be involved in:
- Drafting and posting of job advertisements
- Screening/matching suitable applicants with job openings
- Conduct job interviewing and access suitability
- Co-ordinate job interviews
- Provide direct support to employees after commence work
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the Mid-Career Pathways Programme MCPP)
- To engage employees/ and stakeholders professionally
- Contingent Workforce Management
- Recruitment Channel Management
- Selection Management
- Labour Legislations and Regulations, and Tripartite Standard on Recruitment Practices
