Job Description:
Focus on maintaining the restaurant’s food and service quality according to brand standards. Trained in handling, cooking and serving quality food to customers. Manage and handle customer feedback and inquiries. Prepare food in the kitchen. Assemble food, take orders, package food and serve food. Promote food products to customers. Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant. Ensure all orders are packed according to company standards and customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area. Collaborate with kitchen staff and delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
