This role requires strong knowledge of food, wine, and bar offerings, along with adaptability and flexibility. The candidate must be confident in speaking both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with international tourists.
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests
- Bartending routines and checklist (opening, closing and changeover routines that are designed to optimize efficiency)
- Ensuring all tools and in place, equipment reassembled and fully functional
- Organizing bar for the needs of the day
- All orders received and all stock is put away
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization and stocked with quality ingredients and necessary tools
- Cleaning of bar, equipment, and machines to be stripped down and sanitized at closing
- Completion of prep before restaurant opens
- Optimizing freshness and productivity
- Processing guest’s orders in a timely manner and verifying all items are prepared according to requests and standards.
Requirement
- Bartending experience (1 year)
- Be willing to work on any day (including weekends)
- Have well-groomed, presentable appearance
- Able to perform under pressure
- Work in fast-paced and stressful environment
- Operate POS system
