On behalf of one of its clients working in the luxury F&B sector, the French Chamber of commerce is looking for an Social Media Strategist.


The hiring company is seeking a dynamic individual to collaborate across diverse teams and lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, a deep understanding of social media on both strategic and granular levels, and the ability to drive engagement on a global scale.

Responsibilities:


Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business objectives, KPIs, and brand guidelines.


Manage and oversee the company’s social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, and LINE.


Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and audience preferences, particularly in the luxury sector, to propose and implement innovative features that enhance brand awareness and engagement.


Collaborate with PR and Content teams to create, edit, publish, and share compelling content in line with the global brand and marketing strategy.


Optimize SEO, web traffic, and engagement metrics across all social media platforms.


Analyze social media performance and provide monthly reports on ROI and key metrics.


Engage with followers and customers, addressing inquiries promptly while monitoring feedback and reviews.


Ensure brand consistency across all HQ and partner social media accounts.


Support new market expansions by offering digital insights and contributing to strategic planning and onboarding.


Act as an advisor to franchise partners, offering guidance on optimizing their local social media campaigns.
