Overall Job Responsibility
Assist the F & B Manager in the daily typing, filing & other general administrative duties pertaining to the F&B department.
Main Duties
- Undertakes all the secretarial duties instructed by the F&B Manager
- Takes dictation, typing of letters, memos & correspondence for the F & B Manager.
- Ensure that filing is done correctly in a systematic & orderly manner.
- Screens all calls for the F & B Manager and takes down messages & contacts / follow-up actions.
- Attend all F&B related meeting and take meeting minutes
- Ensures that F&B office is always in a clean & tidy condition.
- Recycles all unwanted paper & printed material.
- Ensures that all stationary, menus, printed items are always neatly stacked & properly stored.
- Report to Housekeeping & Maintenance any faults or defects in the office.
- Keep a sufficient supply of stationary and writing materials for use in the F&B
- Requisites items such as stationary, writing materials, files, etc for office use.
- Maintains adequate stock for the usage by F & B Department.
- Checks on menu par stocks level & ensures that stock level is adequate.

- Checks in advance on forth-coming meetings.
- Advice F & B Manager on dates & times of internal meetings.
- Promotions and Notice Updates
- Handle all F&B Events queries and liaise with members and F&B staffs to ensure all events is follow up accordingly
- Backend update on menu changes and updates in F&B POS System
- Maintains good rapport with staff from the outlets.
- Attends meetings & training whenever required.
- Carries out additional tasks & any other duties as maybe assigned by the F & B Manager diligently and to the best of ability.
