Accounting Executive
(1 year contract roles - subject to renewal for another year depending on business needs)
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 9 am to 5.45 pm
- Location: Raffles City Tower
- Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Depending on experience)
General:
- Expected to be able to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial analysis data within the deadline.
- Expected to maintain the general ledger in accounting activities
Specific:
- Assist in month/year-end closing
- Assist in quarterly consolidation package
- Daily system operation in general ledger
- Balance Sheet account reconciliation
- Assist and liaise with auditor for annual and quarterly audit
- Daily system operation in account payable maintenance
- Supplier and customer master data maintenance
- Assist in cashflow maintenance and projection report
- Assist in corporate income tax data preparation
- Assist in GST report data
- Assist in annual inventory stock take
- Ad-hoc support for all accounting and finance duties
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years in Financial Accounting field
- Preferable with SAP knowledge
- Diploma in relevant discipline
