1. Assists in preparing Employment Contracts for HR Manager’s approval before submitting to MD’s / GM’s signature.
2. Administers and processes foreign workers’ immigration matters, Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass application, renewal and cancellation, foreign workers’ insurance matters, home leave, etc.
3. Monitors the utilization and administration of employee benefits e.g. medical, leave, staff insurance and highlights discrepancies to HR Officer / HR Manager for corrective actions.
4. Assists in maintaining and updating employees’ personnel files accurately.
5. Assists in monthly payroll preparation.
