1. Provides administrative support to the Department in implementing and administration of the Company’s HR policies (Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Manpower Planning).
2. Preparing Employment Contracts for HR Manager’s approval before submitting to MD’s / GM’s signature.
3. Administers and processes foreign workers’ immigration matters, Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass application, renewal and cancellation, foreign workers’ insurance matters, home leave, etc.
4. Administration of Work Injuries Compensation Act and Retirement and Re-employment Act.
5. Provides administrative assistance in the implementation of Company’s HR policies so that overtime, work on rest days and public holidays are properly implemented.
6. Monitors the utilization and administration of employee benefits e.g. medical, leave, staff insurance and highlights discrepancies to HR Officer / HR Manager for corrective actions.
7. Monitor, maintaining and updating employees’ personnel files accurately.
8. Monthly payroll preparation.
