Job Role Description
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Exec alongside Co-CEO Retail & Marketing, the Digital Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the marketing team in various tasks related to promotional activities, creative content creation, online sales and data analysis. Assisting with the execution of the long-term and short-term marketing campaigns and strategy with the aim of building the company’s brand and positioning in the market that will drive overall sales and company growth.
This job responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
Marketing
Content & Graphic Design
· Create content creative & key visuals by positioning of company’s brand & achieve our monthly campaign objectives.
· Create compelling content for ad-hoc marketing materials, including
product descriptions, brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
· Assist to liaise with company’s appointed marketing agency to help to ensure all content, creative & communications are aligned with company’s intended brand marketing strategy.
Digital Marketing
· Assist our appointed agency with social media accounts management. Respond to customer inquiries, engaging with consumers, and
promoting wine-related content and retail promotions.
· Assist Senior Marketing Team Members in with executing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the company's e-commerce platform.
· Compilation of social media campaign reports to summarize overall campaign performance.
Marketing Operations
· Carry out duties according to marketing roster planned by Senior Marketing Team members in a timely manner.
· Supporting customer relationship management efforts, such as managing customer databases, implementing loyalty programs, and personalized marketing campaigns.
· Assisting Senior Marketing Exec in execution of events/ campaigns, such as wine tastings, wine pairing dinners, participation in trade shows or wine festivals and taking photos, videos, and managing digital uploads of content.
· Assist with collaboration and coordination with external vendors and partners for potential collaboration & mechanics as needed.
· Collating & providing educational resources and materials about wine, including tasting guides, food pairing suggestions, and wine education sessions for consumers.
· Maintaining a well-organized digital file and efficient filing system to ensure a smooth workflow and easy retrieval of marketing assets.
· Other marketing-related tasks as required.
