Job Description
- Reporting to Managing Director.
- Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned project.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, claims, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Liaise with Consultant on technical issues & assist in Site inspections and coordination.
- Coordinate the handing over of completed works and completion of the necessary rectification works.
- Conduct Sales Research and develop Sales Strategies to achieve Sales Target & Profitability Objectives.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or in related field.
- Decision making ability and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and willing to travel based on the project site.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office.
- AutoCad competency is an advantage.
