Our client, is an industrial waste management company which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming enquiries from customers through phone, email, or WhatsApp support channels.
- Process orders accurately by checking, printing, scanning the Collection Order/ Delivery Order (CODO) and match it with the Purchase Order (PO)
- Answer to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Collate the records of customers’ interactions and prepare monthly reports / consolidated figures as required by the Customer
- Submit daily collections to the company’s e-tracking system
- Coordinate with Transport department to arrange and schedule collection date and time
- Coordinate with Operations department on details of Customer’s requirements and to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
