Traineeship Description :
This position reports to General Manager, Director and interfaces with Marketing team. To be a member of the marketing team, the Graphic Designer play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, creative visuals that align with company’ marketing and branding objectives. Working across both digital and print media, designing marketing collaterals, supporting sales initiatives, and managing a range of projects from conceptualization to completion. Will get strong understanding of marketing objectives and possess a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and collaborative spirit to produce impactful designs that effectively communicate the intended message and drive results across various platforms.
Role :
1. Develop and design brands, marketing collaterals
2. Product photography, digital imaging and digital guides
3. Creation of marketing material such as EDMS, graphic elements for video ads, banner etc.,
4.Develop creative concepts and art to complement the digital marketing starategy
5. Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, social media graphics and website assets.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with brand guideline adn marketing objectives.
7. Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are produced on time and to the highest standard of quality.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative technique into design project.
9. Work closely with external vendots and social media agencies to coordinate production and printing processes adn ensure that all materials meet brand standards.

6. Well versed in Photoshop in PC environment.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS office, Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other video editing software such as Capcut, Inshots
- Knowledge of video editing is an added advantage
- Accuracy and attention to details, creative and able to think out of the box
- Strong creative thinking and concept development
- Good command in English, both written and spoken
