Position Summary: The Human Resource & Administration Manager plays a vital role in driving all aspects of human resources and administration. This position will work closely with the Board of Directors and report directly to the CEO, focusing on strategic initiatives and operational excellence to foster a high-performance and engaged organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Oversee the talent management framework and performance appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines that align with company values.
- Prepare monthly payroll and manage statutory claims and income filings.
- Administer leave requests and insurance claims efficiently.
- Facilitate reporting procedures related to employee discipline and grievances.
- Maintain and update employee databases and movement records.
- Generate timely HR reports and data as required.
- Act as petty cash custodian and manage employee expense claims.
- Oversee the application and management of HR-related grants.
- Manage administrative functions including assets, parking, stationery, and pantry supplies across departments.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as IT and Data Protection services, to ensure best practices are followed.
- Conduct ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations, implementing Safe Measurement and other related guidelines.
- Familiarity with payroll software, particularly QuickHR, is preferred.
- Align with the company’s strategic goals to establish and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments and individuals.
