You are responsible for overseeing the operation of telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM), as well as other operational support services. You will monitor and review existing maintenance service contracts, ensuring that services are delivered on schedule and meet the required standards. You will lead and manage initiatives to achieve excellence in service quality, while also supporting and enhancing the centre’s infrastructure. You will work with different stakeholders including regulatory bodies to ensure timely project completion and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will review policies and procedures related to your scope of services, and lead or participate in corporate committees and projects.
Requirements
· Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or telecommunication operations
· A WSQ certification in WSH would be an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· A team player with good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
· Also able to work independently and resourcefully in a dynamic environment, with a passion for analysing and improving operations
