- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5.30 PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing IT Infrastructure including virtual machines, clusters and storages (i.e.: VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Responding to and investigating the escalations, incidents, and service requests (according to SLA) and gathering of logs and detailed information (in cases requiring to escalate to L3 or higher)
- Deploying, monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, managing, and technical documentation of IT Network Infrastructure, COTS Infrastructure (Commercial off-the-shelf), SCOL (System Centre Operations Manager), and SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) for seamless software deployments and updates
- Managing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory services [i.e.: GPO (Group Policies), User Accounts, Domain Controllers, etc.]
- Documenting and providing those operational documentations (i.e.: SOPs, guidance, training and technical related) to internal & external stakeholders, on routine basis
- Overseeing the management & maintenance of NetApp storage systems (i.e.: provisioning, data backup, and disaster recovery processes)
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
[Might be required to travel to different sites/ other offices, in case of service requirements]
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have Diploma (or Higher) in IT, Computer, Electronics, Communication, or relevance
- Required to have minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant working experiences as an IT Infrastructure Engineer (providing L1 – L2 support, or higher) with proficiency in SCCM, Active Directory, SCOM, VMWare, NetApp, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experienced with Scripting/ Coding languages (e.g.: Bash, PowerShell, Windows Patch, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Networking principles, protocols and security concepts
- Advantageous to have, but not a must have:
- Familiar with ITIL best practices and IT Service Management
- Certifications such as VMware, NetApp, Microsoft MCSE, ITIL, etc.
