- Company: Government-related IT Organization
- Working Location: North-East Zone [around 7 mins bus ride from nearby MRT (NS) OR 5 mins bus ride from nearby MRT (TE)] [Required to travel to different client sites for work purpose, if necessary to]
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30 AM – 6 PM)
- [Required to provide stand-by support (after office hours, and on weekends and PH), on rotating basis OR in essential cases]

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily Operation (Monitoring, Administering, Maintaining, Technical Troubleshooting, etc.) of IT Systems (i.e.: Computers, Windows, Servers, Storages, Embedded Systems, UPS, Basic Networking, etc.)
- Performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance according to the instructions/ procedures [i.e.: fault troubleshooting, diagnoses, replacements of software/ equipment/ module/ component (at sites or workshops)]
- Install, Configure, Manage and Troubleshoot Servers (e.g.: MS, VMWare, Linux), Storages, SharePoints, and Basic Network related issues
- Liaising and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g.: management, cross-functional teams, procurement team(s), equipment vendors, etc.), as and when necessary to
- Providing reports and technical (e.g.: processes, security standards, routine service, technical resolution, etc.) documentations to the management and internal stakeholders
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have Diploma (or Higher) in IT, Computer, Electronics, Communication, or relevance
- Required to have at least 2 – 3 years of relevant IT System Engineering working experiences
- Good technical hands-on experience (maintaining & managing) with many of the followings:
- Systems: MS Windows, Linux, Servers, SharePoint, Exchange, MSSQL, Office, Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), File Services & File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Red-Hat, etc.
- Virtualization: VMWare
- Networking Equipment: Firewall, Routers, Switches
- Storage: Network Attached Storage (NAS), Storage Area Network (SAN), NetApp
- Hardening: Servers
- Patching: Operating Systems (OS), Software
- Excellent Interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advantageous to have, but not a must have: valid Class 3 driving license (with clean driving track record)
