- Company: Government related organization [End-User Support]
- Working Location: Central Zone, nearby Orchard (around 5 – 8 mins walk from nearby MRT)
- Working Arrangements: around 4 rotating working Days/week (Rotating: 8.30 AM – 8.30 PM/ 8.30 AM – 8.30 AM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily operation using SolarWinds & other systems (i.e.: administration/ monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrading, maintenance, management, etc.) of IT Systems, Servers, Network, Network Infrastructure, System Defects, etc.
- Working closely with the vendors (for system upgrades/ maintenance/ complex issues, etc.)
- Conducting system reviews/ audits and reporting (i.e.: documentations, service reports, incident reports)
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have Diploma (or Higher) in IT, Computer Science or relevance
- Have at least 1 year of relevant working experiences as an IT System Engineer
- Comfortable & able to commit to rotating working days & 12-Hour shifts
