Key Responsibilities:
General Management:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
- Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance staff performance and retention.
Finance Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Oversee accounting functions, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, financial controls, and financial risk management.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the F&B industry, with a strong emphasis on financial management.
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets.
