Job Description
- Offering secretarial, administrative, and logistical support for corporate meetings, including scheduling, gathering materials, setting up venues, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across various meeting platforms.
- Facilitating the smooth execution of meetings.
- Assisting with event planning and management for occasions such as Townhalls and Leadership retreats.
- Helping to schedule meetings for Directors and managing overall administration for divisions.
- Supporting coordination and information gathering between HQ and Research Institutes.
- Providing procurement assistance for the division, including sourcing vendors and preparing budget memos.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Minutes writing is an added advantage
- Proficient in online meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom or Webex
- Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
