Information:
- Salary range: Up to $6,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop revenue and margin targets, forecasts, and coordinate measurement and reporting of achievement.
- Define annual share & penetration targets with the BUs to drive the achievement of those targets
- Work with Sales & Operations teams, supporting STCs and Service Supply Chain, and to report on achievement.
- As part of Customer Center management team to develop infrastructure and resources
- Manage regional pricing policy and discount entitlement (services and spares), within global guidelines , to achieve an optimal balance between market share and business profitability in the region.
- Drive and report on the implementation of new Products and Marketing campaigns in the region.
- Support development and delivery of marketing collateral and training materials for Service, Sales and Customer Care staff, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations team to define elements of integrated equipment and service plans
- Develop financial models that can be used to quantify and demonstrate the value of performance
- Presentation of service proposals and the negotiation of commercial terms with customers
- Compile information on installed of equipment supported in the region using a variety of structured tools and techniques.
- Using a variety of structured tools and techniques, and to use that intelligence to develop strategies and tactics
- Gather feedback of Customer input in the region, using a variety of structured tools and techniques
- Work with the Global Service Market Sector and Product Managers to represent the needs of Customer Center, and to contribute to the success of those teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in any discipline with management experience
- At least 7 years experience in technology environment and 5 years in marketing/product management
- Ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner through a variety of media
- Proficient in tools and techniques to the successful development and deployment of marketing plans
- Ability to manage commercial processes using advanced business systems software; SAP, and MS applications
- Proven track of project management with consistent achievement of on time, on target delivery
- Ability to create problem resolution plans and drive to conclusion
- Extensive travel within SEA region will be required
