Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to support the sales team, including tasks like order acknowledgment, processing quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers to arrange deliveries according to their requests.
- Provide exceptional customer support and care to existing clients.
- Handle phone and in-person inquiries.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to sales.
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the management or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- GCE "O" Level or Nitec qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle SAP is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility.
- Resourceful, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Self-motivated, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and proactive in resolving issues.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
