They deliver high-performance, large-scale systems like API Gateways and message queues, ensuring smooth global operations and enhanced system reliability. Their comprehensive IT solutions help businesses eliminate challenges, optimize resources, and boost productivity.
They are in search of a Test Manager due to expansion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans across multiple banking systems.
· Manage stakeholders throughout the test planning and execution phases.
· Prepare and deliver regular project reports and documentation, ensuring clear communication of status and progress to stakeholders and IT teams.
· Take ownership of assigned projects, aligning with business priorities and requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the IT project testing phase, specifically in the banking sector.
· Proven experience in leading test plan creation, test definition, and execution for core banking and fund transfer systems.
· Strong coordination skills with system personnel and ability to manage timely escalations and issue resolutions.
· Expertise in acting as a Test Manager, understanding business requirements, and executing testing for core banking systems and related applications.
· Solid knowledge of software test methodologies, including creating test plans, leading test document preparation, executing tests, and performing test result analysis.
· Excellent verbal communication and time management abilities.
