Job Summary


As a Business Development Manager at Kinderland International Education Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of business opportunities through franchising and joint ventures in Singapore and the region (namely Indonesia and Philippines).


Key Responsibilities


Operations

  • Oversee and monitor the achievement of centres’ budgets and KPIs set by partners and franchisees.
  • Ensure services offered through centres meet or exceed internal and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Ensure services are offered in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop local SOPs in compliance with HQ requirements and local authorities.
  • Work with HQ to coordinate curriculum implementation and training.
  • Provide monthly reports, including country’s situation, policies, government regulatory changes and any relevant market information to HQ and partners.

Sales and Marketing

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market surveys and area marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees and partners.
  • Collaborate with overseas partners to plan budgets and implement effective marketing plans.
  • Ensure JV/franchise centres adhere and conform to franchisor’s corporate identity and brand’s visual identity guidelines.
  • Plan and oversee local marketing strategies, including but not limited to participation in road shows and trade shows.

Merchandising:

  • Head merchandise department to supply merchandise to all centres.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from centre leaders to identify areas for improvement and address issues promptly.
  • Conduct periodic visits and dialogue with centres to ensure usage of merchandise.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education with 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Highly driven to excel with strong ability to work with stakeholders
  • Analytical with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with foresight and leadership skills
  • Able to converse well in English & Mandarin
  • Overseas travelling is required
  • Experience in Early Childhood or similar industry is advantageous
