Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist and support Sales team activities on administration of purchase orders and invoices.
- Preparation of related administrative paper documentation.
- Handle and follow up all import/export process and delivery shipment.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers on logistic and delivery arrangements.
- Responsible for client’s inquiries and quotations.
- Attend to general enquiries over the phone and email, gathering and evaluating feedback from clients.
- Supporting Event team in organisation of sales events.
- Preparation and submission of projects tenders or RFQs.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales support experience.
- Strong organization, time management skills and ability to work with senior internal stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to start work with short notice preferred.
