CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist and support Sales team activities on administration of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Preparation of related administrative paper documentation.
  • Handle and follow up all import/export process and delivery shipment.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on logistic and delivery arrangements.
  • Responsible for client’s inquiries and quotations.
  • Attend to general enquiries over the phone and email, gathering and evaluating feedback from clients.
  • Supporting Event team in organisation of sales events.
  • Preparation and submission of projects tenders or RFQs.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales support experience.
  • Strong organization, time management skills and ability to work with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to start work with short notice preferred.
