Our client is an award-winning Singaporean architectural firm.
They are seeking a Project Assistant to support one of their directors on the following, day-to-day administrative matters: (90%)
- Monitoring Project timeline and providing prompt reminders
- Contract and fee proposals
- Ensure prompt Invoicing to clients once project phases are completed
- Update teams on project statuses
- Check drawings
- Monitor payments, liaise with accounts to chase for payments
- Social media posting on behalf of Director
- Check emails
- Booking appointments, scheduling, coordination of project related meetings
- Responding to clients and project stakeholders when instructed
- Research and keep updated on new architecture products and designs
- Annual Awards submissions and documentation
Other business administration: (10%)
- Booking flights, hotels if necessary
- Gifts for clients, purchasing during festive season
- Arrange delivery of documents or gifts
This role involves occasional weekends and provides flexible off-in-lieu. You will be seen as a close administrative partner to the director of the firm. The candidate we are seeking has to be matured with good work ethics, and able to attend meetings with high networth clients.
He or she must have a good eye for detail and passion for design. A minimum diploma with around 3 - 5 years of administrative or project support experience is sufficient.
