· Candidates should have 4+ years experience in application support activity
· ITIL certification.
· Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL,
· High level of proficiency in unix/linux scripting.
· Should be able to do
o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction
o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
o Risk analysis and project execution
o Appetite for continuous improvement and automation.
o Strong knowledge in XML, PL/SQL, MQ, CFT and Control-M.
o Knowledge of monitoring solutions (E.g ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search)
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
