Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Manage staff leave, including tracking leave balances, approving leave requests, and ensuring adequate coverage.
3. Oversee various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
4. Ensure compliance with MOM guidelines and company policies in all HR-related activities.
5. Maintain employee records and HR databases up to date.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
7. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
8. Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
9. Collaborate with managers and employees to address HR-related issues and provide guidance and support as needed.
10. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in HR roles with a focus on payroll preparation, staff leave management, and overall HR functions.
3. Strong knowledge of Manpower laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
9. Certification in HR management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
